Yet, understanding AI does not require a technical background or complex terminology. This course is designed to help you understand AI in simple, practical language. You will learn what AI is, how it works at a high level, where it is being used today, and where its strengths and limitations lie. More importantly, you will discover how AI can support your work, improve productivity, and help you make better decisions without replacing human judgment. By the end of this module, you will have the confidence to talk about AI, evaluate AI tools critically, and identify meaningful opportunities to use AI in your daily work. The goal is practical understanding—not technical expertise.
